Applying For Housing FAQ

A - The housing application closes on May 3

A - While we don't guarantee housing locations, we can say that we have always been able to accommodate Capstone Scholars within the Capstone Village (Capstone and Columbia Halls).

A - No, you can only select or roommate match with one other person.  The second half of a suite or apartment is dictated by the room selection process.

A - No, general housing will have availability in all quads this year.

A - Room selection will take place in the housing portal in Self-Service Carolina starting mid-May / early-June.

A - Individuals wishing to take part in the sorority recruitment process will be notified by Greek and Sorority life of their early move-in day.  Typically, this occurs in the middle of August.

A - Communities and residential programs applications are found within the housing application and are highly competitive as they are located in some of our most desirable residence halls.  Students should review questions about communities and be very detailed in their responses to have an elevated chance of being placed in a community.
