Yes, any camp lasting longer than a week will require testing.

What is the criteria for who is required to pay for testing?

All non-UofSC students/staff/affiliates will be required to pay for testing.

How is billing/invoicing to be handled for each group?

Interdepartmental payment through PeopleSoft

If testers are minors, how/when do we instruct parents to register minor patients for testing?

Pre-registration for all minor patient/testers will be required.
