Chef du Jour
The Chef du Jour event series provides hands-on culinary training in a fun, relaxed environment. Classes are held on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. to allow you to enjoy the rest of the day, or perhaps to perfect your new-found skills at home. Covering a variety of topics, anyone and everyone will enjoy learning new culinary skills.
Wine and Beverage
Learn about pairing just the right beer with your favorite food, or explore the different regions and wines of Spain, France, Italy or the Sonoma Valley — all from USC's Columbia Campus. Offered weekly from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m., we invite you to join us for an exciting array of classes led by industry leaders, Institute chefs and sommeliers.
