Please join the South Carolina NAACP, Leadership and Service Center representatives, and hundreds of Columbia community members for the annual march to the South Carolina State House.
The Arc of South Carolina, the Best Buddies organization, and the Leadership and Service Center have collaborated for a third year to bring a unique opportunity for students to get involved. Participants have the chance to win some prizes! All PB&J's made during the four hours will be brought to the 153 Project, a local organization that feeds many people in need every Wednesday night at Finlay Park.
Food items: rice, pasta, peanut butter, jelly, pasta sauce, cereals, canned meat, Pop Tarts (toaster pastry), snacks, and granola bars. Travel-sized toiletries and school supplies: shampoo, toothpaste, feminine products, deodorant, toilet paper, pens, and notebooks. Items can be dropped off in the Leadership & Service Center (Russell House 227) or the Gamecock Pantry (McBryde Quadrangle A).
