Interests include biological informatics, immunogenetics, gene duplication, and models of DNA change. Currently working on computational projects that relate to neuroscience, such as ways to associate the location and function of a neuron with its cellular structure. This involves development of databases, data processing, statistical analysis, and synthesis of knowledge for cellular and higher levels of neural organization in animals.
