Employee Parking

We handle everything related to vehicles on the Columbia campus — from purchasing a parking permit to maintaining the parking garages and lots on campus. Let us answer your questions and help you understand our regulations and policies. Please click here for more information:

Guests Parking

The College has two reserved parking spaces in the Pendleton Parking Garage.  To reserve a space, please contact the Dean’s office with the date(s)/time(s) needed.

  • To obtain a visitor parking pass for the “B” Lot, you will contact the Operations Coordinator.  There is an $8.00 charge associated with this pass. Be aware that the visitor pass does not guarantee a parking space in the “B” Lot.
  • To reserve parking in “B” Lot for guests, you will contact the administrative support for your respective supervisor.  There is a $25 set up fee and $10/space per day charge associated with this pass.  Prior approval must be received from your respective supervisor. This permit guarantees a parking space in the “B” Lot.
Special Events Parking

If your department is hosting a special event, you will need to submit a request for guest parking at least one week in advance.
