We are seeking seeking a junior or mid-career tenure track faculty member who aligns with our research expertise. This position is an on-site appointment. The College of Nursing has three research centers: Center for Nursing Leadership, Cancer Survivorship Research Center,  ACORN Center: Advancing Chronic care Outcomes through Research & Innovation, and a solid research support infrastructure supported by the Associate Dean for Research. We are seeking a nurse scientist for the position of Dunn- Shealy Endowed Professor of Nursing. The Endowed Chair will lead/expand development of cancer/oncology research in the College of Nursing. The Chair has significant endowment support and will have the opportunity to collaborate with other researchers in the established centers in the University and our partners. We are seeking a junior or mid-career tenure track faculty member who aligns with our research expertise. The College of Nursing has three research centers: Center for Cancer Survivorship, Center for Nursing Leadership, ACORN Center: Advancing Chronic care Outcomes through Research & INnovation, and a solid research support infrastructure supported by the Associate Dean for Research. Candidates are expected to have an established record of successful participation on externally funded research grants, scientific collaboration with junior and senior research faculty, and PhD-level student teaching and mentorship. Post-Doctoral Fellow Positions

Contribute to scholarly works acceptable for presentation or publication in scientific venues and to grants to help support research. Collaborate with SmartState Chair in planning and coordinating new studies including: communicating with community and academic partners, preparing IRB and other regulatory documents, and working with advisory groups.
