Prohibition-Era Beer Laws Persist to the Present
Assistant director of the Wine and Beverage Institute Scott Taylor, Jr., and his colleagues are working on the first of three papers exploring the negative impact of Prohibition-era laws on competition within the alcoholic beverage industry.

Nick Watanabe's research examines the consumer demand for sports products and how the nature of demand has changed in recent years. He looks at how television, digital sites and social media have presented opportunities and threats to the existing economic market structure.
