Whether you want us to start from the beginning, or simply want a refresher, Wine
101 will cover the basics. In this class we will talk about the most important grapes,
how to taste wine, the relationship between wine and texture, and how that interplays

This time we are going to the Veneto to explore wines such as Valpolicella, Amarone,
