In an effort to support faculty in their research productivity, the College of Arts and Sciences offers fellowships for CAS faculty to participate in the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD) Faculty Success Program.

National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity
The NCFDD Faculty Success Program Fellowship is a 12-week online boot camp designed to help faculty “improve research productivity through intense accountability, coaching, and peer support and to propel… work-life balance and personal growth to a whole new level.”
Application Process
Pending the availability of funds, the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) will offer 2 fellowships for the NCFDD Faculty Success Program Fellowship for the 2022-2023 academic year. All CAS faculty are eligible to apply. Priority will be given to junior (i.e., tenure-track faculty) who have completed at least three of the workshops offered through the CAS Faculty Development Program.
