Students Helping Honduras

What to Expect

Students Helping Honduras (SHH) at USC is a chapter of the international non-profit, Students Helping Honduras. SHH aims to alleviate extreme poverty and violence in Honduras through education and youth empowerment. The main project that we, as college students, are a part of is the "1,000 Schools". In Honduras there are an estimated 1,000 villages that do not have access to a school. SHH is on a mission to build a school in each of these villages. SHH at USC has been a part of building and completing five schools in Honduras and we can't wait to continue to work on more!

Registered Student Organization (RSO): student organizations that are independent legal entities from the University, have no delegated authority from the University, and do not perform functions on behalf of the university.

Term: Ongoing
