University 101 Peer Leader

 

What to Expect

U101 Peer Leaders co-teach a section of a UNIV 101 course with a faculty or staff member, and serve as resources, mentors, and facilitators for learning in and beyond the classroom for first-year students enrolled in the course.

This engagement qualifies for these special designations:

  • GLD-Professional & Civic Engagement
  • GLD-Diversity & Social Advocacy
  • Experiential Learning Opportunity
  • Option to appear on UofSC Experience extended transcript

Term: Fall 2021

Time Commitment: 90 - 119 hours
