Listening Tours
- Listening Tours are underway with meetings scheduled or being scheduled for the next two weeks.
- Enrollment Management and University Housing will be completed this afternoon.
- Recording protocols were discussed. It was decided that notes should be taken in written/typed form and not orally recorded. The council wants to create a safe space without barriers, so staff can speak openly and honestly.
- Officers shared that the meetings thus far have been a positive experience and staff have been very open.
- Co-Chairs will follow up with AVP group to request best practices/protocol documents from their areas.
