Kiisha is a first-year graduate student in the Higher Education and Student Affairs Master's Program at the University of South Carolina. She serves as a graduate assistant to the Research and Grants team at the National Resource Center for First-Year Experience and Students in Transition. She works with the Journal of The First-Year Experience & Students in Transition, The Fidler Grant, and other research projects.
