Employees in University Housing and campus living and learning communities can request design services, print materials and updates to their web pages.
University sponsored departments or groups may request to promote events in the residence halls via digital signage. Housing will begin accepting requests on August 1, 2022.
Request digital and print design. We'll review your request and establish a timeline. Most print jobs require at least two weeks after design completion. All projects that require funding will require the approval of the unit Director and the Director of Business Services before the job is placed into production.
Full-time employees can order official university business cards. Cards are ordered the first of every month. (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR UNIVERSITY HOUSING & PRINCIPAL COMMUNITY EMPLOYEES ONLY)
Full-time employees can request an official university nametag. Tags allow for your first and last name and your title. If you do not want a title, please put "University Housing." (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOR UNIVERSITY HOUSING & PRINCIPAL COMMUNITY EMPLOYEES ONLY)
University Housing supervisors can submit updates for their web pages. Most changes take a week to complete.
