College of Pharmacy

Degree Requirements

Pursuing a dual degree in pharmacy and business requires that you meet the requirements of both the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy and the Darla Moore School of Business.

USC pharmacy students who are interested in the dual-degree program must apply for admission to the Darla Moore School of Business. In addition to completing the application, you’ll be required to take the GMAT or GRE as part of the admissions process.

Although the PMBA program has traditionally required a bachelor’s degree, the Moore School has agreed to accept Pharm.D. students who have completed the pre-pharmacy curriculum and the first two professional years of the Pharm.D. program. You are eligible to begin the PMBA program in the fall of your third professional year, or you can opt to begin the PMBA program in the spring semester. You should apply during the semester prior to your anticipated start date.

Requirements for Pharm.D./MBA Application
