Study

Whether you are setting out with the goal of becoming a classroom teacher, shifting to education after exploring other avenues, looking to develop your abilities at educational research or build leadership skills as part of your path to becoming a principal or superintendent, we can help you find your way.

Note on Professional Certification

Some degree programs in the College of Education prepare students to seek professional certification or licensure in teaching, school educational administration, and counseling. Certification/licensure requirements vary from one profession to another and from state to state. If you are interested in obtaining professional certification/licensure, please refer to the appropriate links on the USC certification/licensure website to review state licensing information.  Students completing an initial teacher certification program must complete their clinical experience (student teaching) in a South Carolina public school.

Challenge the conventional. Create the exceptional. No Limits.
