Biography

Xiaofeng (Steven) Liu is a Professor at the University of South Carolina. He received his Ph.D. from Michigan State University and did his postdoctoral study at the University of Michigan. He specializes in statistical power analysis, hierarchical linear modeling, statistical programming, and educational policy studies.
