So, what is it that sets us apart?
Here, you are exposed to real-world classroom experience earlier than any other program in the state. As an early childhood education program student, for example, you will begin classroom observation hours during your very first semester. Elementary education students get in the classroom during the second semester. We believe that having these experiences early in your college career will help you validate your decision to become an educator. And by the time you graduate, you'll have a distinct advantage in having gained a wealth of experience working with both students and other teachers.

Transfer Applicants
Whether you are a currently enrolled student on the Columbia campus looking to change majors, you are enrolled in another college/university or you are at a USC campus anywhere other than Columbia, we will walk you through the steps of the transfer process.
Graduate Applicants
If you'd like to apply to a graduate-level program, including certificate programs or online graduate programs, there's a unique application process that applies to you.
