Overview

The Horizon Center and Discovery Plaza represent the first phase of Innovista development, whose full potential, including residences and retail, totals 8 million square feet.

Horizon I and Discovery I – buildings that will house University researchers – will be operational in 2009. The second buildings on each site, Horizon II and Discovery II, will be for private tenants and their research teams.
