Getting your zzz's

Sleepy? You’re not alone. Up to 80% of working adults are suffering some form of sleep disorder, and lack of sleep can have serious side effects. Some studies link lack of sleep to obesity, depression, even heart disease and diabetes. A good night’s sleep can help you feel better, be more productive and reduce stress.

UofSC faculty and staff have access to many resources through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help you get better zzz’s.

Webinar: Let’s Sleep on It

Learn about the different types of sleep and steps you can take to have better quality sleep through an online seminar that can be accessed any time starting March 15th.

No registration is necessary – just log into the EAP website using the username and password “USC” and then scroll down to the middle of the page and click the plus sign below “Online Seminars”.

If you have questions, type them into the “Ask a question” box and you will receive an answer within five business days. All questions and answers will be posted on the FAQ tab.
